Disney Unveils Design Details for Upcoming Ship Disney Believe

Disney Cruise Line has given a first glimpse into the design of its upcoming ship, Disney Believe. The ship's design was showcased by Claire Weiss, portfolio executive creative director, during the Horizons: D23 Disney Experiences Showcase.

## Introduction to the Disney Believe The Disney Believe is the cruise line's fourth Wish-class ship and is set to debut in late 2027. According to Weiss, the ship's design celebrates the themes of magic, family, and the power of nature, all of which are core to the Disney brand. The ship's stories and design elements will be tied together by the idea of believing in something fantastical.

## Design Elements The Grand Hall on the Disney Believe will be themed around Disney Animation's Moana films and will feature a bronze cast statue of Moana, accompanied by her companions Pua and Heihei. The hall will also include artisanal Polynesian finishes, honoring the cultural traditions of the South Pacific region. The exterior hull of the ship will feature a unique design element, with Woody and Buzz Lightyear from the Toy Story films appearing on the stern, etching the ship's name in a playful, block-style font.
