Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has announced a new onboard spending credit offer, available on selected sailings departing from October 2026 through to May 2027.
## New Onboard Spending Credit Offer from Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has launched a new onboard spending credit offer, worth up to £150 per cabin, for selected sailings departing from October 2026 through to May 2027. The offer is available on bookings made between August 12 and September 30, 2026, and applies to the Bolette, Borealis, and Balmoral. According to Geoff Ridgeon, head of sales at Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, the onboard credit will allow guests to 'really tailor and enhance their experience' with the company. Guests can use the onboard credit to explore various destinations, including the Mediterranean, Alexandria, Spain, Portugal, and the Canary Islands. They can also explore the Christmas markets of France and Belgium, or search for the Northern Lights in Arctic Norway. ## Standout Sailings with Onboard Spending Credit Several standout sailings are included in the offer, with £150 in onboard spending credit per cabin when booked before September 30, 2026. These include the Balmoral's 31-night 'Mediterranean Icons' fly-cruise, departing from Limassol on November 9, 2026, and the Balmoral's 10-night 'Canaries Escape with the Fleet Fiesta' fly-cruise, departing from Santa Cruz de Tenerife on November 30, 2026. Other sailings included in the offer are the Bolette's 13-night 'Southern Spain Siesta' cruise, departing from Liverpool on January 5, 2027, and the Bolette's 10-night 'In Search of the Northern Lights' cruise, departing from Newcastle on April 4, 2027. The latter offers £50 of onboard spend per cabin when booked before September 30, 2026. ## Freedom Fares and Onboard Perks The company has also highlighted its Freedom Fares, which include full-board dining, selected drinks with lunch and dinner, gratuities, onboard entertainment, activities and enrichment, port taxes and fees, and the Fred.
