Princess Cruises is raising the daily price of its Princess Plus and Princess Premier packages by $5 per person for sailings departing on or after October 13, 2026. The changes also include a restructuring of standalone WiFi options, discontinuing a popular multi-device plan.

Princess Plus will increase from $65 to $70 per person, per day when purchased before a cruise. The onboard price rises from $70 to $75. Princess Premier moves from $100 to $105 pre-cruise and from $105 to $110 if bought onboard. The cruise line last adjusted package pricing in July 2025. No changes to the benefits included in the packages have been announced.

WiFi package changes eliminate standalone four-device option

The standalone four-device WiFi package is being discontinued. After October 13, four-device WiFi access will only be available as part of the Princess Premier package. For guests not purchasing the premier bundle, Princess is introducing a new two-device WiFi plan.

Updated pricing for one- and two-device WiFi plans

New daily rates for standalone WiFi will take effect. The pricing varies based on when and how the plan is purchased.

Purchase TypeOne-Device Plan (Daily)Two-Device Plan (Daily)
Pre-Cruise$27.99$39.99
Onboard (Full Voyage)$33.99$47.99
Onboard (Single Day)$39.99$55.99

Sun and Star Princess ships carry a pricing premium

Package pricing on the newer Sun Princess and Star Princess is already $5 higher per day than the rest of the fleet. The upcoming increase builds on that existing premium.

On these ships, Princess Plus will cost $75 per person, per day pre-cruise and $80 onboard. Princess Premier will be $110 pre-cruise and $115 onboard.

Context and guest guidance from Princess leadership

Carmen Roig, Senior Vice President of North America Sales and Trade Marketing for Princess Cruises, communicated the changes to travel advisors. She stated the reviews are periodic. "We periodically review our offerings to ensure they continue to provide meaningful benefits while reflecting changes in our operating environment," Roig said. She also affirmed that the crew appreciation included in the packages continues to go directly to staff.

It is not specified whether guests who have already purchased a package for a sailing after October 13 will pay the new rate. When packages were overhauled in July 2025, existing purchases were honored. Roig advised guests booked on an upcoming sailing who plan to add a package to consult with Princess or their travel advisor before buying. She added, "We believe both packages offer strong value."

The first U.S. Sailing affected by the new pricing is a sold-out 10-night Mexican Riviera voyage aboard Ruby Princess, departing San Francisco on October 13, 2026.
