The Azamara Journey has begun its 30-night "Path of the Vikings" cruise from Copenhagen, marking the start of a unique combination voyage that will take passengers through Northern Europe, the Arctic, and North America.

The 30-night itinerary is scheduled to visit a range of destinations, including ports in Scandinavia, the Faroe Islands, Iceland, Greenland, and Canada. The cruise will start with calls to Oslo and Kristiansand in Norway, before heading to the Faroe Islands and Iceland.

The Azamara Journey will visit four destinations in Iceland, including Reykjavik and Isafjord, before heading to Greenland. The month-long itinerary will also feature visits to three destinations in the Danish territory: Nanortalik, Paamiut, and Nuuk.

Before concluding the cruise in Montreal in late August, the 718-passenger ship is scheduled to visit ports in Canada, including an overnight call to Quebec City, as well as visits to St. John's, St. Pierre et Miquelon, and Saguenay.

## Upcoming Itineraries

The Azamara Journey is scheduled to offer a series of 16-night cruises that sail between Montreal and Reykjavik, featuring visits to a range of destinations in Canada, Greenland, and Iceland.

The itineraries will include visits to Havre-Saint-Pierre, Qaqortoq, and Grundarfjordur, among other destinations.

## Future Repositioning and Itineraries

In late September, the vessel will kick off a fall foliage season in Canada and New England, offering open-jaw itineraries that sail between Montreal and New York.

The Journey is later scheduled to reposition to the Caribbean ahead of launching a winter season in South America in early 2027.

The schedule is highlighted by a 74-night itinerary that sails roundtrip from Miami and includes calls to ports in the Caribbean, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Peru, and Panama.

The cruise will also feature scenic cruising in Antarctica, with planned visits to Paradise Bay and the Antarctic Peninsula.

## Repositioning to Europe

In late March, the Azamara Journey will reposition to Europe ahead of a summer season sailing in the Mediterranean and Northern Europe.

The exact itinerary for the summer season has not been announced, but it is expected to feature a range of destinations in the Mediterranean and Northern Europe.
