### AIDAluna to Sail from Caribbean to Northern Europe AIDA Cruises has announced two 18-day cruises aboard the AIDAluna, marking a significant change in the ship's itinerary for spring 2028. The cruises will see the AIDAluna sail from the Caribbean winter to the Northern European summer season, offering passengers a unique opportunity to experience two distinct regions. ### Itinerary Highlights The first voyage will depart from La Romana in the Dominican Republic on April 22, 2028, and make its way to New York. Passengers will have the chance to visit Jamaica, Key West, and enjoy multi-day stays in New Orleans, Tampa, and Miami. A special highlight of the journey will be a passage on the Mississippi River. Following the first voyage, the AIDAluna will set course from New York to Kiel on May 10, 2028. The second journey will include calls at Newport, Boston, Portland, Halifax, and St. John's, before the ship sails to Reykjavík, Iceland, and stops in Copenhagen, Denmark, before arriving in Kiel on May 28, 2028. ### Combination and Flexibility Options Passengers have the option to combine the two itineraries into a 36-day "globetrotter" voyage or book with an alternative port of departure or destination in Miami. This flexibility allows passengers to tailor their experience to their preferences. ### Pricing and Discounts The price for the trip from New York via Iceland to Kiel starts from €2,070 per person at the Premium price for two-person occupancy (inside cabin IB), including a €375 Early Bird Plus discount. This offer provides an attractive incentive for passengers to book their place on the AIDAluna's spring 2028 voyages.
